From the Southern gothic intrigue of "Sinners" to a 1950s-era ping-pong pro in "Marty Supreme," there was no lack of stylistic diversity in the past year of movies.
But it's "One Battle After Another," starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Benicio Del Toro and Sean Penn that leads the film race at the 2026 Golden Globes with nine nominations.
The 83rd awards, with returning host Nikki Glaser, air live Jan. 11 from the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, California, on CBS (8 p.m. ET/5 PT) and stream live on Paramount+ (with a premium plan).
Along with "One Battle," other strong movie contenders include "Sentimental Value" (eight nominations), "Sinners" (seven), "Hamnet," "Marty Supreme," "It Was Just an Accident," "Frankenstein" and "The Secret Agent."
The Golden Globes also nod to the best of TV, with "The White Lotus" leading all shows with six nominations, followed by Netflix's searing drama, "Adolescence," with five.
Plenty of Hollywood luminaries will be in room as well, with DiCaprio, George Clooney, Julia Roberts, Michael B. Jordan, Ariana Grande, Noah Wyle, Jean Smart and Jacob Elordi all vying for awards.
Here are the 2026 Golden Globe nominees. Follow along with us during the show to see who wins!
