Fire Country has been barreling right along, but it’s about to take a break.
Season 4 has been one for the books, kicking off with the death of beloved Battalion Chief Vince Leone (Billy Burke). The premiere episode also saw Gabriela (Stephanie Arcila) bid farewell to Edgewater, leaving another void at Station 42.

Over the past eight episodes, Fire Country fans have watched Bode (Max Thieriot), Sharon (Diane Farr), Manny (Kevin Alejandro), Jake (Jordan Calloway), and Eve (Jules Latimer) find their way this season.
Things have been heating up in the past few episodes, just in time for Fire Country to go on hiatus. On Friday, December 19, Fire Country Season 4 will air Episode 9 as the fall finale.
The episode, titled "Who Owns the Dirt," is the last episode of 2025. In the promo for the episode, Eve faces more struggles with her new crop of Three Rock firefighters.
Eve must deal with the fallout from the previous episode, in which she referred to the troubled teens as not her guys. Bode does his best to help Eve, but he has his own set of problems.
Thanks to Tyler (Conor Sherry) revealing that his stepdad, Landon (Josh McDermitt), started the Zabel Ridge fire, Bode is on a mission. Based on the preview, he will once again find himself in trouble.

In true Fire Countryfashion, a major fire will threaten Edgewater and the surrounding areas. Lives will be in danger for sure, and fans can expect a major cliffhanger before the hiatus.
Speaking of the break, Fire Country fans are in for a long one. The hit CBS drama won’t be back until after the Winter Olympics, at the end of February.
Those looking to get a Fire Country fix can do so by watching it on Paramount+.
Fire Country airs Fridays at 9/8c on CBS.
