Last night (Friday, February 20), the pop princess ushered in her 23rd in Los Angeles with a sparkly tiara and her closest friends. For the special occasion, she wore a lacy Spring/Summer 2004 minidress from Blumarine—her latest go-to Y2K designer that was also behind the artist’s New Year’s Eve look. Pink detailing traced the low V neckline and defined the drop-waist silhouette, while silver sequin embellishments and a scalloped hem added sweet flirty accents.

Rodrigo paired the dress with a short bubblegum-pink trench coat from Burberry and matching peep-toe slip-on mules from Jude. She gave her long brown hair some smooth waves and kept her glam as rosy as her outfit, with blushed cheeks and glossy lips.

For accessories (in addition to her heart-shaped tiara, of course), the Vampire singer carried Chanel’s Sequin CC Small Double Flap Bag from 2014. With layers of silver and pink sequins, the piece brought all of the colors of her look together. It was finished with a double-chain strap and silver turn-lock closure.

By the birthday girl’s side, Tell Me Lies Season 3 star Iris Apatow wore a little navy-blue sailor dress with a sky-blue coat.

The Vampire singer has been known to celebrate her birthday in style. Last year, she wore a handful of red looks, including a vintage Valentino dress with subtle polka dots and ruffle detailing. The year before, for her 21st, the star picked out a LBD from Alaïa’s Spring/Summer 1991 collection.
