NYPD Blue alum Sharon Lawrence is stepping into her sixties in style.

The legendary cop show star, who is best known for her role as Sylvia Costas on the beloved ABC series that ran from 1993 to 2005, has had a variety of iconic roles over the years. While Lawrence said goodbye to the role of Costas in 1999, she went on to appear on shows like Desperate Housewives and Grey’s Anatomy, and has even done a ton of theater. The Emmy-nominated and Screen Actors Guild Award-winning actress isn’t slowing down anytime soon, and she's recently become a staple on the Hallmark Channel. But we were delighted to see her looking like an absolute stunner while at Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kathy Hilton’s home, celebrating Cindy Eckert and the new award-winning documentary The Pink Pill: Sex, Drugs & Who Has Control, the untold story of the battle to bring the first FDA-approved libido drug for women to market.

Dressed in an elegant purple silk pussy-bow blouse and black pleated pants, Lawrence ditched her shorter hair from the '90s for soft blonde layers. The actress looked better than ever for the festive holiday celebration.

If you’re curious why Lawrence spent the fall hanging out in Nashville, it was because she was working on some fun projects for the holidays. A Grand Ole Opry Christmas is the first collaboration between the Hallmark Channel and the Grand Ole Opry.

Lawrence appears in A Grand Ole Opry Christmas alongside Nikki DeLoach, James Denton, Rob Mayes, and Luke Benward. DeLoach plays Gentry Wade, the daughter of late country music star Jett Wade.

According to a description, Gentry “abandoned her dream of a songwriting career and distanced herself from her father’s legacy following his tragic car accident 30 years prior. When the Grand Ole Opry invites her to represent Jett at their centennial celebration at Christmas, she’s hesitant to return to the place steeped in bittersweet memories.”

Seeing A Grand Ole Opry Christmas Debut

Last week, Lawrence took to social media to express her gratitude over the successful debut of A Grand Ole Opry Christmas, which is now available for streaming.

"What a way to feel the spirit of #thanksgiving. My weekend was full of #agrandoleoprychristmas, my heart is full of admiration for my colleagues who conceived, collaborated and created this #hallmarkchannel love song to family and dreams," the NYPD Blue alum shared in an Instagram video.
