Lauren Sánchez Bezos didn't let a little misstep stop her from seeing Dior at Paris Fashion Week.
The author, 56, joined her husband, Jeff Bezos, at the Christian Dior Haute Couture Spring/Summer 2026 show during Paris Fashion Week on Monday, Jan. 26. The newlyweds held hands as they waved to the cameras and walked into one of the Parisian venues.
Bezos, 62, wore a dark blue blazer and trousers, with a coordinating button-down shirt and tie. Sánchez Bezos wore a matching light gray tweed set, a form-fitting knee-length skirt and a sweater with a large fur collar.
Sánchez Bezos accessorized with a pair of suede gray pointed-toe pumps. As she headed inside, her right shoe caught on the building's entrance ledge, nearly causing her to fall, but she recovered quickly and glided back inside.

The couple was also photographed earlier in the day as they headed to the Schiaparelli Spring/Summer show. During the earlier event, Sánchez Bezos wore a bright red jacket with a gold button cinching the waist. It matched her knee-length pencil skirt and bright red suede pointed-toe pumps.
The Amazon founder opted for a darker look: a black blazer, a black button-down shirt with a few buttons undone, black trousers and leather loafers.
The couple's time in Paris comes one month after they embraced a Western-inspired winter during a trip to Aspen, Colo., on Christmas Eve.
During their pre-Christmas outing, Bezos was photographed with a growing gray beard, a departure from his once-clean-shaven image. Bezos wore a unique outfit complete with a black jacket, jeans and a cowboy hat.

The pair's fashion-forward outings signal a new direction for Bezos' wardrobe, which was once dominated by simple business attire. The pivot comes as the couple will serve as primary donors of the upcoming 2026 Met Gala.
The two made their Met Gala debut as a couple in 2024, but Bezos has attended many times in past years. Saint Laurent and Condé Nast will also donate toward the event.
The upcoming Met Gala is themed to "Costume Art," and marks the inauguration of the Institute's first permanent galleries at the museum. The nearly 12,000-square-foot Condé M. Nast Galleries will sit adjacent to The Met’s Great Hall, and its opening indicates “a huge moment for the Costume Institute,” shared curator in charge Andrew Bolton. Co-chairs include Wintour, Nicole Kidman, Venus Williams and Beyoncé, who will return to the Met Gala after a 10-year hiatus.
