There are many different ways to approach WAG style, but Cardi B won’t settle for simple sports merch.
On Sunday evening, the superstar rapper visited MetLife Stadium to watch boyfriend Stefon Diggs and his team, the New England Patriots, face off against the New York Jets.
While there, the “Outside” singer made a vintage statement in a tweed-and-denim set from the Chanel Fall/Winter 1991 ready-to-wear collection. But instead of the Patriots’ standard red, white, and blue, Cardi made her support known with a slight tweak, replacing the red with a bit of hot pink.

Her outfit consisted of a white button-up layered underneath a tweed blazer and tucked into a denim miniskirt with strands of pearls and golden chains draped across the front. In her hand, Cardi carried a matching denim jacket with bright pink trim, and she winked to the rosy pops with some neon pink tights and a set of bubblegum-colored pumps.

This ensemble was originally worn by Linda Evangelista, first on the Chanel Fall 1991 runway, and then again for an “Off the Street” Citizens’ Committee for Children of New York event six months later.

However, Cardi added a bit of a modern touch by accessorizing the outfit with a crossbody minaudière from the Chanel Fall 2025 collection, which was shaped like an oversize strand of pearls and slung across her body like a sash.

Cardi wasn’t the only one who pulled from the Chanel archives, though. As her boyfriend entered the stadium on Sunday, he was seen wearing a white muff handbag, which stemmed from the Chanel Fall/Winter 2001 ready-to-wear collection.
The accessory perfectly completed his black-and-white fit, which consisted of a white fur coat layered over a black tee and leather pants, and paired with zebra-print boots from Bottega Veneta.
The Patriots ended up winning 42–10 that day. Perhaps coordinated couple style is a bit of a good-luck charm for Diggs?
