Beyoncé is now a billionaire, according to Forbes

"What's better than one billionaire? Two."

Beyoncé-Knowles-Carter has officially reached billionaire status, becoming one of only a handful of musicians to do so alongside her husband Jay-Z.

Following the success of her 2023 Renaissance World Tour that grossed more than $600 million, and her recent "Cowboy Carter" era, Beyoncé cemented her status as a billionaire, according to Forbes.

Only four other musicians have reached this milestone, including Jay-Z, Taylor Swift, Rihanna and Bruce Springsteen.

In July 2025, Beyoncé closed out her Cowboy Carter and the Rodeo Chitlin' Circuit Tour, which accompanied her eighth studio album "Cowboy Carter," released March 29, 2024. Her final show signaled the end of her "Cowboy Carter" era – a 32-stop stadium tour that spanned the U.S. and Europe.

The nine-city stint earned over $400 million, making history as the highest-grossing country tour. With the tour, Beyoncé also extended her record as the highest-grossing Black artist of all time and the highest-grossing R&B artist of all time. Forbes estimates she earned another $50 million in merchandise sold throughout the tour.

Beyoncé first debuted the highly anticipated show at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles on April 28 with 39 songs on the set list. The record-breaking tour proved to be a revolutionary spectacle filled with fashion, diverse music genres and, most notably, country music and cultural commentary as she challenged industry norms.

Prior to the tour, Beyoncé delivered a 2024 Christmas Day NFL halftime performance dubbed the "Beyoncé Bowl," which became a standalone special on Netflix.

"And because (Beyoncé's company) Parkwood produced it all, Beyoncé was able to secure higher profit margins. Combining what she made touring with earnings from her music catalog and sponsorship deals this year, Forbesestimates she brought in $148 million in 2025 before taxes, making her the third-highest paid musician in the world," the outlet wrote.

Over the past few years, Beyoncé has launched a handful of business ventures, including SirDavis whiskey in partnership with Moët Hennessy, Céced hair care brand and perfume fragrances. Not to mention, she also launched a new partnership with Levi's Jeans last year.
