Andy Dick has exited rehab nearly two months after he was found unresponsive on the streets of Los Angeles.
The comedian, 59, suffered an apparent overdose and was seen slumped over a set of stairs outside a Hollywood building on Dec. 9, 2025, in photos obtained by TMZ.
As of Jan. 26, Dick is "out of rehab" and "sober," his rep tells PEOPLE exclusively, adding that his client is "shopping for a sprinter van to do some traveling."
His rep also notes that Dick is about to become a grandfather, as his daughter, Meg, is five months pregnant.
TMZ was the first to report that Dick had left rehab.

PEOPLE confirmed at the time of Dick's apparent overdose that he was "taken home by a friend" afterwards, as a spokesperson for the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) confirmed they responded to the scene.
“I can confirm that we did respond to the intersection of Highland and Yucca at the 7-Eleven at 3:14 p.m. for a 59-year-old male," the spokesperson said. "We did respond to that location for an overdose. He was not transported to the hospital."
The following day, Dick was asked by TMZ if he'd seek "professional help," to which he said, "I'm not going to be in rehab."
In the clip, the comedian was also asked if he thought he was "in a good place right now," and he replied, "Love it, I'm surrounded by my two friends ... it'll be hard for me to escape from them, but I will escape."

Dick has struggled with alcohol and drug addiction for decades, and has previously been arrested, most recently in 2022, when he was arrested on a charge of felony sexual battery after a man alleged he had sexually assaulted him.
He was also fired from a movie in 2017 over sexual harassment claims. At the time, he addressed the claims to The Hollywood Reporter, saying, "I didn’t grope anybody. I might have kissed somebody on the cheek to say goodbye and then licked them. That’s my thing."
